Vyron Kinson

President

Vyron Kinson is currently living in Atlanta, GA. His current full-time job is Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) as a Communication Specialist. Also, he works for various part-time jobs: Atlanta Area School for the Deaf as an ASL Teacher, Georgia Parent Infant Network Educational Service as a Deaf Mentor, Freelance Deaf Interpreter & Freelance Disco Jockey. 

Vyron is in school as well, he is in the process of obtaining a Master‘s degree in Sign Language Education at his alma mater, Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. Vyron graduated from the university in 2009 with a Bachelors in Social Work. He is now expecting to graduate there again but with a Masters in July 2020. 


Beside working and studying, Vyron contributes his time and energy to volunteer at the Georgia Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf as a Member at Large; National Alliance of Black Interpreter- Atlanta Chapter, Georgia Stakeholder Advisory Committee as Black Deaf Adult, National Black Deaf Advocates as Southern Regional Representative.
